If you buy an admission ticket for the art museum, you can also visit the Kulturhistorisches Museum / Museum für Naturkunde Magdeburg and the Dommuseum Ottonianum Magdeburg within thirty days for reduced admission.
* The following are entitled to a reduction in accordance with the schedule of fees: Pupils and trainees, students, recipients of the citizen's allowance in the sense of SGB II and SGB XII, severely disabled persons (B), persons doing military and voluntary service, benefits under the Asylum Seekers Act, artcard holders, holders of the Otto City Card, Tourist Card, groups of 10 persons or more, artists with a BBK Saxony-Anhalt card, authorised persons according to the combination ticket of the Magdeburg museums.

ACCESSIBILITY
Access to the museum is barrier-free. The rooms of the special exhibitions on the 1st and 2nd floors can be reached via the elevator in the south stairwell. The courtyard and the church are accessible via a ramp for the disabled and wheelchair users. In addition, the shop, café and toilet are barrier-free.
Dogs are not allowed in the museum with the exception of guide dogs and other designated medical assistance dogs.
